How does Virtual Wall Lighthouse work?
Lighthouse uses a combination of infrared & radio frequency to allow for systematic room-to-room cleaning. As the robot begins to clean a room, the Lighthouse acts as a barrier. When Roomba has finished cleaning the room, it sends a signal to the Lighthouse, which instructs Roomba to pass into the next room. The Lighthouse also assists Roomba to understand how big the room is, making it more efficient.
